“Mr. Bungee” Hat, A New Brain
Hat designed by Debra Kim Sevigny for A New Brain at Barrington Stage Company. An old fedora became Mr. Bungee, the tyrannical children’s TV host who haunts the protagonist of A New Brain. Cotton batting helped create his nose, while wiring a portion of the brim allowed us to create an expressive mouth. The hat was covered and lined to match the suit, while his gold crown is made of Worbla.
